Better than the other clear backpack I've had in the past. It's absolutely like a plastic, thick raincoat type of feel bag. Decent backpack for either school or work. It is made of thick plastic. It doesn't have a lot of pockets so there's limited organization. It is a large backpack so it holds quite a bit.
