My wife loves this thing. It's easy to move around because it's sturdy and the wheels roll easily. It comes with the only tools you need for assembly, which are minimal. Most of the rack snaps together easily. I did have one piece where the end was bent during shipping, but I managed to spread the opening out enough to make it fit. Instructions and tools are included. It’s a sturdy metal frame. The wheels don’t glide very well. They are a hard plastic so it doesn’t really grip the floors enough to move so it just scratches. It moves on carpet but I just lifted it to move across my hardwood since I didn’t want to scratch them. The snap closure made it super easy to assemble, but the paint scratched decently easily- leaving black debris all over my hands and carpet. There’s a lot of space to hang your items and it stayed upright even when I had things hanging on only one side (not a significant amount- just what I needed to line dry.)
