I was pleasantly surprised by these sticky bra inserts. I got the Large size. Honestly, they were not big enough for me as I am HH right now from a brain tumor. So, I tried them on my mother. She is D/DD. They are sticky on both sides which i loved. They gave her a significant lift and some good cleavage. She said they were extremely comfortable. I love the fact that they are reusable and can be used in bathing suits or regular clothes. I will be saving these for my daughter who also a D/DD, if my mom doesnt try and keep them! Lol. This package came with extra seperate nipple covers. To just wear separately so when you get cold people dont stare at your nipples. We both tried these, as they gave me a bunch. They are extremely comfortable. You can not even tell they are on and no nipples sticking out at all. We honestly forgot we were even wearing them. So, overall I would definitely give them 5 stars! The only complaint I would have is that I wish they had one size bigger.
