This gaming chair is awesome! The fabric feels premium. The massage work great, especially after long hours of work. The seat cushion is thick and soft, and the footrest makes it even more relaxing. Chair is comfortable and materials feel very premium. Headrest and lumbar support can be easily removed based on your preferences and height, and fits both my wife and I well (5'2" and 5'10'' respectively). I wish the lumbar had a battery, but that's a small knock against it. For the price, the chair is very high quality with decent tilt and and height control. Assembly was relatively straight forward, just make sure to pay attention to the orientation when attaching the the control assembly to the bottom of the chair. Read more
I was really happy it came in early, the chair wasn’t supposed to be here until several days after Christmas. Fast shipping and perfectly packaged. I was a little disappointed in the massage part, it doesn’t seem to be heated and it doesn’t feel that great. To be honest, it’s more comfortable without the neck and back pillow. The fabric is super soft and comfy, though, the foot rest is nice as well and it seems pretty durable. I love the designs and my husband won’t get out of the chair now. 😂 overall great. Update: apparently the pillow for the massager is supposed to be backwards to use the massage function, frontwards for sitting or leaning. Make sure you read the fine print. This chair is amazing! Updated to 5 stars. It has different rotational functions and gets warm as it works on your back! Update: make sure you put the straps through the holes when installing the pillows. Makes all the difference in comfortability. This chair is a 100/10. Don’t have doubts. Buy the chair, whoever it is will love it, and if it’s not for you then you’re going to want your own chair. Just make sure you put it together properly, instructions are fairly easy. Make sure to read and follow them. Read more

Great chair, well made and very comfortable. Perfect for my desktop gaming setup. Would be a 5 star review, but had to minus one star for the massage cushion. While it was amazing for the time, it quickly started destroying itself (the fabric) and soon afterwards overheating beginning to melt the plastic inside. That being said, even without the massage cushion I find the chair very comfortable and stylish adding a nice touch to my my gaming desktop experience. Read more
I really love the color of this massage chair — it looks so elegant and luxurious. For this price range, the massage function works surprisingly well. I assembled the chair with my daughter and it is not hard at all. The fabric is nice looking and comfortable to the touch. The height is adjustable and fits under the desk perfectly. This chair is awful. I spent literal days researching and reading reviews about different chairs in my price range ($200 or less). Ultimately, I chose this chair because of the features (tilt functions, neck and back pillow, footrest, hinged armrests, fabric, color, etc.) and my sister has a different Downix chair, so I took the leap. I regret it completely. The actual chair seat surface is hard as a rock, my butt goes numb within 30 minutes. The back support is literally nonexistent; it's just a metal sheet with fabric on top. The "back pad" is so large I cannot even use it without being pushed off my seat and extremely uncomfortable. (For reference, I am only 220lbs & about 5'8"). The chair feels flimsy too. Any time I shift or move, I feel like the chair may break somewhere. I gave it the full 30 days to redeem itself, to no avail. I tried butt pads, blankets, pillows, anything I could think of, and it is just terrible. Not to mention that I have arthritis, which makes the pain almost unbearable after a night of gaming. My awful work chair from Alibaba was better than this. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it was packaged well and was easy to put together. Also, it is cute if you are looking for aesthetic only. The "suede" fabric is soft and feels very nice on your skin. I also love the shade of blue. I would recommend not wasting your time on money on this, and either spend a little more for better quality, or keep researching. Read more
