removing the label with the code so I could open the lip balm took about ten minutes, and a lots of sweat, tears, and swearing. I appreciate that minimized packaging is environmentally beneficial, but there must be a way that doesn't make access to the lip balm almost impenetrable. Once you get to it, the balm is fine.
