I've tried several pacifiers for my newborn, and this one is by far our favorite. My baby seems to enjoy it the most and holds onto it longer than any of the others we've tried. The open-end design is a big plus! It doesn't trap water inside, so I feel confident knowing it's clean every time I offer it to her. The soft silicone casing is another thoughtful touch. My little one was in the NICU and had a pacifier, but I never could find the same one. Every one I tried was immediately spit out by my son until we tried this one. Not only was the size perfect but the vents allow sucking without making his whole mouth red. He’s now holding his pacifier on his own and it’s so soft I don’t worry! Simply. These are great. They are a nice color, not too large or small for our 2 month old. We tried a few different brands shapes and sizes some thinking they would be better quality strictly because of the higher price tag... we were wrong. These pacifiers are not only light but they are also sturdy to chew on, one piece (very important) and not expensive! You can't keep the same pacifier forever and the price tag makes it easy to follow the safety rules. The open back makes it easy to clean but not have water get stuck in cracks which was a problem for some. Every baby is different and our girl is generally happy without it but when she needs a little extra comfort after a feed these have been just the right size to not gag and spit up IYKYK.
