I have flat feet and have had hip and knee issues I went to a podiatrist, and he recommended a stiff three quarter art support. Ive used this style for years with no hip or knee pain.. I have bought other brands in the past, but I really like that, these have a small adhesive piece on the heel to keep them from sliding in your shoe. Smart feature Read more

I must say 'so far so good', as I'm very glad they not only fit, but function pretty well in my 'barefoot' shoes. I'm flatfooted, and my feet are firmly secure and supported, and I definitely enjoy the difference working out w/these (in my shoes) vs barefoot at home. I'm also a 'tender foot' and so I was skeptical on how insoles would fair inside what I saw as 'already flimsy' shoes..but so far so good as I sed. I can feel difference in stability, etc. Read more

I've tried many inserts over the years. I'm over a year post surgery for plantar fasciitis and these work just fine. They are a good alternative to Vionic which cost 3x as much. However, if you are pre-surgery, or currently suffering from plantar fasciitis, I would probably go with something more reputable (Vionic is my pick). But for individuals who do not have major foot problems, these will probably be okay. Read more

I have flat feet and severe heel pain. It has been so bad that I was missing days at work due to the pain. I have not been to a Dr., but everything I've read and many videos I've watched told me I have plantar fasciitis. I've tried many things to help from stretches to buying new shoes. I've tried two different kinds of heel cups. I've tried several kinds of shoe insoles. One thing that did help a little was the night splint which I still use. I bought a pair of these and was really not expecting any different result than the other full length insoles I've tried. I was desperate for relief, but I didn't have high hopes in this working after all the others I've tried. When I first put them in my shoes they felt like they were going to hurt my feet, but I paid for them so I was stubborn enough to try them. Surprisingly at the end of the day, my feet were sore but they didn't hurt as bad as they had been. I kept wearing them daily and each day my feet were just a little better than the day before. I liked them so much, I've bought two more pair. My feet seem to be slowly getting better. 🙌 Honestly they felt kind of uncomfortable at first, but I have no arches so it took about a week to get used to them. This and the night splint have been the only relief I've had in about 5 months. My feet are slowly getting better! I would recommend giving this a try for a week. I hope this helps you like it has for me. I can walk now with no pain. 🙌 Read more
