Relieved my trochanteric bursitis

David C.August 7, 2025

The best $12 I have spent in a long time. These inserts relieved my trochanteric bursitis that all the stretches, PT exercises and strengthening failed to do. After about 6 weeks of continual use, the hip pain I had for months has finally gone. 5* They work and fit well, and stay in place. I've just ordered another pair so I don't have to keep swapping the same ones from shoe to shoe. Great value. Read more

Fit great even for wide feet

btagsOctober 31, 2025

These are wonderful for arch and heel support, which also tend to correct toe positions as well when your foot is kept in the right position. They're comfortable and true to the suggested sizes. They' aren't super soft and squishy, but then if you're looking for support you don't want that! But they are comfy. The only reason I dropped a star is that they do have a little adhesive spot at the bottom of the heel to help them stay in place in your shoe, but it hasn't helped for me, so if I slip on my shoes I need to quickly adjust as well. But worth the effort! Nightly bunion pain decreased significantly almost as soon as I started using these. Read more

Outstanding

J.F.September 1, 2020

These are the BEST(for pronation/flat feet). I’ve tried more than 20 insoles, I have orthotic inserts from the podiatrist, and even shoes where my foot was 3D molded and the orthotic was made in the lab and put into the shoe. And these are better. I keep searching because. I have severe ankle issues on one ankle due two spraining it both directions severe enough to break the bone. I’ve torn enough ligaments that years later two ligaments are still completely torn, my Achilles is coming apart, and the outer fractured bone never reunited, just all messed up. But the podiatrist said if we can just fix the position, almost all of the problems would go away. This fixed it. This is the closest I’ve felt to feeling normal. And, oddly, while some of the other corrective pronation shoes and inserts and orthotics fix the flat foot position, they seem to rotate it outwardly in a manner that it feels much more susceptible to rolling an ankle. Somehow, maybe because they are shorter in length, these don’t. They fix the position of the pronates foot without making you feel like you could roll your ankle if you’re not careful. I can run around in these and change direction and my feet feel really planted and stable. Just amazing. A second pair is in the mail now but I’m going to order a few more for all my shoes. Right now I’m wearing the orthopedic shoes the podiatrist ordered for me, I’ve taken the lab orthotics out because these are that much better. I was hesitant to buy them at first because they are short, but maybe that’s the secret ingredient, I don’t know. They did something right. I’ve just got them on top of a flat standard cheap foam insert now (so the end of my foot will be on top of an insole) and it’s already like magic. Soon enough I’ll try it on top of a flat gel or flat memory foam and see if that’s better, it will probably feel even better. In case you haven’t used these shorter ones yet, I have because I have some orthotics that aren’t full length, it’s better to put them on top of a flat insole because when you pull the one out of the shoe, by where your toes touch isn’t made for you to wear without an insole. So yes, wear these on top of one, just a flat one, otherwise it just throws everything off. That’s it. Had to write a review after finding an end to all this searching. This one is beating everything else I’ve tried. And I can run around and change direction and my foot still feels planted. Amazing. Read more

UPDATED TO 5 Stars Just Right

MEPJune 26, 2017

Product as stated, Good Communications and fast ship Much harder than expected. Could not wear them with my Plantar Fasciitis / Heel Spurs, ******UPDATED******** 07/05/2017 From Dr. Foot Hi Marion, We are very sorry that the product didn't work for you. Due to every customer has different requirements about insoles, we have different type insoles as well. This insole focus on orthotics and correction, would be more suitable for whom has flat feet. We have an upgraded version would be able to help Plantar Fasciitis or Heel Spurs, they are softer and more cushioning. Would you interested in them? We'd like to send a pair to you if you'd like to try them, please just tell us the suitable size. Here is the link to it: https://www.amazon.com/Foots-Length-Orthotics-Insoles-Over-pronation/dp/B06XRYPMR6/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8&th=1 It would be great if they are able to help, just hope that if you could kindly help us update the review in this case? Looking forward to your reply. Ok I returned the request and received the updated Dr. Foot Orthotic and placed them inside my shoes. They were different, Not as thick as the first ones and considerably softer in the right places. The contour was surprisingly rigid but quickly conformed to my foot needs. The Sticky material on the heel works fine and keeps the orthotic in place. I have worn them on four occasions each time greater than 3 hours on my feet and so far they work great, almost no heel pain (I always have some heel pain with the exercises I do) These work very well for my Plantar Fasciitis. The link in this review should indicate the updated version of this insert. Read more

I had high hopes.

T. StarrSeptember 1, 2024

And maybe they'll get better but I think the search is back on. I started working 12 hr shifts at the clinic and I've been on my feet the whole time. I've been ending my day with pain on top of my foot at the ankle. Well I've tried these a few days now and I don't seem to have that issue as much but now my arches feel bruised. I also tend to roll my ankle outward/supinate and this didn't seem to help with that issue for me. I'm sure they work for someone but hopefully I'll find something soon. Read more

Amazing insoles!

dfpaJuly 14, 2022

I have major foot issues, wore custom insoles as a kid. As an older adult I decided to try these to relieve pain in my feet, legs and lower back from my flat feet. OMG!!!! The moment you put these in the shoes they feel amazing. The pain is gone. They provide all day support. I am obese so alot of extra weight to break them down and I still got almost an entire year out of 1 pair. Bought a second pair in the updated version and love them. Will be ordering more soon so no more changing them to other shoes. Every pair will have their own 💜💜💜💜💜 Read more
