My son badly blistered his ankles on a 10mile hike. Ordered these. They help a great deal! Early removal sticks and that hurts to remove. I wore these as a preventive measure at a music festival, and they peeled away from my skin within the hour. I made sure my skin was clean and dry, and that they were placed smoothly.
