I've only been using this for 3 days. But wow! What a difference!!! I have an implant / fake tooth & it is now def noticeable in the pictures I just took, that I've whitened my top teeth!! (Just on the first day, I saw a big difference!) It was pretty easy to make the mold. I did it three times to make sure I had a snug fit. Glass bowl, water & hot mitts. Then set the microwave until the water started to boil. Pulled out the bowl & let it sit for a minute. Then dunked in the tray & put it in my mouth. Teeth pressed together & sucked out the water & air so it felt like a suction. I wear this right before bed, hence the red tired eyes in my pic. I put the "goo" in the tray & leave it in my mouth for 30 minutes. I set a timer on my phone & use FB or play a game or two. Then take it out & rinse my teeth (mouth) with water. I was hoping to use it for a month straight. But I think I'm going to stop & just use it when I feel my teeth need a little pick me up. The product actually worked fairly quickly. I have used it maybe 6 times since my purchase. My teeth are noticeably brighter and seem to almost glow. I am very pleased with the results and I highly recommend this product. I am obsessed with white teeth and this is probably the best one that I have tried. The cost is not terrible ($32 with shipping) and it came quickly. It is also unique in the fact that you can adjust the time that you leave it on your teeth. I have left in on for 20 min and all the way up to an hour. Making the teeth trays was kinda fun and very easy. Follow those directions literally. I would advise people to go slowly for a few days...maybe 20 minutes and then build up your time. I was so excited to start with this that I burned a few blisters on my gums. That took about 3 days to heal and then I used it 20 minutes a day for a couple of weeks. I do have pictures and there is a dramatic difference but the pictures are on my phone and I am on my computer, I have ordered more as I am about out of the gel. I have used it for three times the first week alternating days then about once a week after that. I wasn't overly impressed with a difference but it might be my inconsistency. I did buy the mouth guards separate and I couldn't get a perfect mold out of them so I would have looked for a better tray option if I'd known that. I do love that there is so much product and the good price and the squeeze hole makes for easy dispersal. I fell like it could be working though and I never hurts my teeth but I think it gave me a tounge sore the first couple of uses but hasn't happened again. I got this after the recommendation of Jaclyn Hill on YouTube. My teeth were already decently white, but I always want whiter teeth (note: I do not smoke, but I drink tea and coffee.) So I bought this. I did not particularly care for the mouthpiece sets that come with it, I kept messing them up. Instead, I use my retainers, and it works fabulously! I have tried so many things that didn't work - crest white strips, gosmile, you name it. I was hesitant to give this a try, and I'm not really sure why I did, but it was so affordable I figured, if it doesn't work I'm only out $30. My husband and I love it! IT whitened my teeth the first time I tried it, and I didnt' have any sensitivity until I'd already been using it for 2 weeks so I just backed off and the sensitivity went away. I wanted to love this. I watched the online video and read the directions. I had the trays ready and layed out a thin layer of gel. After having the trays in my mouth for less than 2 minutes the taste was horrific. I had to take the trays out and rinse out my mouth. They cannot be returned.
