Just what I was looking for
I recently traveled to Korea and I always pick up and bring back some sunscreen bars from there as they just have so many options compared to what I can find in stores in the US. I'm not a big fan of the residue that all cream-based sunscreens leave behind, even though they do tend of have higher SPF ratings (I used Neutrogena 70 SPF sunscreen). I also wasn't a big fan of getting sunscreen all over my hands that I have to spend a little extra time cleaning off so I don't end up with it all over my clothing, especially dark colored clothing. But it was difficult finding a bar style that would resolve this issue while still providing proper protection. And if there is any single thing that can provide you with great skin into your latter years, it's sunscreen. This bar-style has been absolutely great resolving my issue with application and also had a pleasant smell! I want to say a sort of ginseng kind of scent. It left my skin feeling protected and not chalky and dried out. However, I should mention that it does leave enough of a feeling on your skin that you would notice it when putting on clothing. So, I would suggest putting this on last after throwing on any kind of shirt or hoodie if you're worried about getting any wiped off on clothing. Though not quite as strong protection as my former cream type sunscreen with 70 SPF, it has been perfect in my daily skincare routine in the mornings, and because of that encourages me to continue this habit. Easy application, not greasy, great protection, pleasant scent that's not overbearing, great price! Highly recommended if you are looking for this type of sunscreen application. Read more
