Where has this stuff been all my life??? I found this whipped cream stabilizer completely by accident when I was looking for Dr.Oetker pudding. It's amazing! I'm a home baker and have always been looking for a way to stabilize real whipping cream. Some ways don't work and some ways make it taste funny. This is perfect! If you haven't used this to stabilize your whipping cream, you are missing out!!! A friend told me about this years ago and I've been using it since then.
