I use this saline to keep my ear piercing clean. (I recently re-pierced a hole that had healed shut.) I had no problems during the initial two weeks when I kept the piercing stud in place, cleaning the site twice daily with the saline spray. It's easy to use, delivers a good mist, and appears that it will last a long time. I'm very happy with this spray. Read more
