So for a while I would wear predominantly running shoes or sneakers. Somewhere in the last year I pushed myself at the gym when I was already exhibiting back problems. My doctor at the time was like "no big deal" and prescribed my escitalopram. Well a few weeks lifting at the gym at it had an adverse effect on my lower back. Since, I haven't been able to lift again. Now, My back hurts more often, I struggle to exit the car and I just don't move like I did a year ago. And on top of that, my knees and feet start hurting more and mind you, prior to the gym visit, that never happened. Have low arches and use orthopedic inserts for 25 years. Inserts from Dr lasted 3 years Inserts from Good Feet store lasted 10 years. When I put these in it was more comfortable but not good enough. It did wonder to me. I brought so many shoes esp for food service shoe. Either it was too narrow or too tight or too uncomfortable. I had this $20 shoe which was super comfortable but sole was so thin it hurt my feet. So, finally after trying and returning shoes that costed $60 above. I decided to try this and man it did wonder.
