So for a while I would wear predominantly running shoes or sneakers. Somewhere in the last year I pushed myself at the gym when I was already exhibiting back problems. Have low arches and use orthopedic inserts for 25 years. Inserts from Dr lasted 3 years Inserts from Good Feet store lasted 10 years. When I put these in it was more comfortable but not good enough. It did wonder to me. I brought so many shoes esp for food service shoe. Either it was too narrow or too tight or too uncomfortable. I had this $20 shoe which was super comfortable but sole was so thin it hurt my feet. So, finally after trying and returning shoes that costed $60 above. I decided to try this and man it did wonder.
