Dinged one star for slipping. I found the non-slip solution; wear a thicker sock. These insoles allowed me to walk comfortably for over 9 hours. They do absorb the shock pretty well. I wore them in boots with 3.25 inch heels and I felt no back pain, no hip pain & no plantar fasciitis pain. These are expensive for what you get, I would t be able to afford them often & I need far more than one pair-so take that into consideration. Easy to use and pretty durable. Read more

These work great but must be super glued to your insole or they move around. I find that extremely ridiculous, they should come with little strips of double sided tape. Truly unwearable unless you glue them. Read more
