These are the “Goldilocks” of insoles - and I’ve tried SO many! Older running sneakers that still look great but need a bit more oomph? These will buy you months more of treadmill runs before you need to replace your sneakers. Flats that make your feet ache? These provide arch support without adding bulk so you can walk in them all day & you no longer feel every pebble under the thin soles. Trendy casual sneakers like Sambas or Converse that have zero support for wearing out & about all day? These make them wearable & more comfortable. Shoes that are just a hair too big? These will make them fit as snug as a bug. They work in almost any shoe or situation, the not-too-thin but not-too-thick, perfect in between. There’s just enough arch support & cushioning, they even work in many shoes that don’t have removable insoles (you can put it down right over the original, often without really altering the fit of the shoe). Easy to cut to size, just use the guides on the back, or pro tip: trace the insole from the shoe in which you’ll be using them.
