I've been having problems with lower back pain, specifically my sacrum and SI joint. My chiropractor has told me this is because one leg is a bit shorter than the other one which is throwing off my alignment. He had suggested getting orthopedic insoles to help correct the problem. I would be happy to invest in them if they would correct the problem, but there are no guarantees. I decided to try this brand of insole to see if I could get some relief without having to invest a fortune on orthopedic insoles. I put these in my tennis shoes and they immediately made such a difference! I went from a pain level of 10 out of 10, down to a 3 out of 10 immediately. I live in Arizona, and I rarely wear shoes indoors, so I don't use these daily. However, I really believe that they helped me so much when I wore them the first couple of days, that my back was able to relax from the relief... Which helped my back to actually heal much more than it would have if I hadn't had them. I'm going to order more for other pairs of shoes that I have. They are worth every penny! Read more

This product brings support and comfort to those areas of the feet the normal insoles do not seem to be able to reach. It is recommended to potential users for its quality and durability. The proof of my belief in the product lies in the fact that I have ordered it a few times in the past - and will continue to do so as the necessity arises. Read more

It's that time of year again and I love to slip on a pair of Crocs and work outside all day but the Crocs are probably the worse shoe there is because there is absolutely no support and usually after just a couple of hours wearing them my feet feel like ground beef! And I live with back problems & was diagnosed with Spondylosis =( Osteoarthritis of the Spine) So I got me a couple pair of different Dr. Scholls inserts to try and WOWEE what a difference this particular insert has made! I am actually able to wear those shoes all day now and my feet and legs are pain free! It also seems to have helped relieve the severity of some of my back pain for longer extended periods of time versus having no inserts! I also got a pair of the arch support to try but I found those extremely uncomfortable with every step I took so I gave them to husband to try since he has a much bigger arch problem than I do. So I would suggest that if you only need a little arch support don't get the inserts that say for arch support, just get these that say for lower back pain because they do have some arch support , they have just enough but not so much to where the arch feels over exaggerated and uncomfortable to walk in them Read more

All the machines in the stores are gone so you'll have to figure out which ones work you. But I strongly suggest these if your feet, ankles, knees, or back hurt. This is definitely a step in the right direction Read more

I do like these. I cut them and placed them in my nursing shoes. I have a bad back from car accidents years ago and my profession, so I was really hoping they would provide some relief. I do feel a difference in comparison to my shoe without the insole, however; I don't feel that the arch is high enough and I still had pretty bad lumbar pain. My arches are on the normal side, and when I put my foot inside my shoe, it just really wasn't a huge difference. I am going to try the custom fit Dr Scholl's next, but I wouldn't exclude these. I just have a really bad back. Read more
