I buy a pair of these shoes EVERY YEAR! I am a social worker, these keep my feet off the ground and I can tuck my pants (for the dirty homes I go into). They are so comfy and can support my weight all day without hurting my feet. I even walk during my breaks in these. I normally wear an 8.5 but I order a 9 so I'd say size up by a half size. The zipper in the back is so convenient and doesn't look bad at all. They last a full year with me wearing them to work like 3 times per week (twice or less during the summer) and the only reason I replace them is because they will get scuffed eventually after much wear in all type of weather. I live in CA...if you have to dress business casual or even business attire these are perfect. Even with jeans these look good! Read more

Wanted a stylish bootie to wear in Europe. Most styles are ugly or heavy in weight. I wear a 6.5, ordered a 7 but needed a 7.5 so try a size up if you want room for heavier socks. I really like that the style is sleek and modern but doesn't give up on too much comfort. The height is high enough but not too high that I feel like I cant walk on cobblestones or uneven terrain. I do not plan to hike in these. I plan to waterproof them for added protection from the elements. the sole is a rubber material that absorbs the shock when walking. I like that it has a gripping design so I am not sliding when it is wet. They are lightweight so I am not fatigued when on my feet for long. I would not say they are 100% comfort because the insoles could use more padding, something at a thicker sock would do or maybe a thin insole can resolve, it is not memory foam. However, the boot is flexible and quite comfortable. I am marking 1 star off for the thin insole but know that I can correct the comfort level as I need. I plan to wear on plane but they are light enough to put in checked or carryon luggage without adding an obnoxious amount of extra weight. Read more

Fantastically versatile and comfortable. Perfect heel height for business casual, I can wear them all day at work and be comfortable. The heels and soles have good cushion and they are lightweight so they pack well for travel. I have worn them with jeans or dress pants, they blend in for pretty much any environment including dressing up a bit to go out to dinner. I wear these to work more often than any other shoes I own. Wasn't sure about the height of the heel but it's very comfortable. Probably because the boot has a slight platform, making the heel less high on the foot overall. Very comfortable and they look great with skinny jeans. They're also not heavy in weight. So that's another plus. Light, not clunky. Love the back zipper for easy on and off! Nicer looking boot that looks great with pants or skirt. Wish there was a 10 1/2 but the 11 allowed me to add an insole with arch support. Soft rubber sole that is starting to show wear after 1 1/2 months. Minus 1 star for that. (Shoes are worn around the office a couple days a week on tile, carpet, lots of steps and across parking lot and sidewalks.) Zippers seem good but needed a little graphite to get moving. Read more
