I have absolutely no idea why melatonin is in this spray. It doesnt work like that. But as to the chamomile and lavender, lovely idea. It's light, and the scent will fade but it is a lovely way to climb in bed and unwind. I find it calming and comforting. Just a light mist before bed and it will last for a while. Dont use too much! I can't get into bed without spraying this first on my sheets and pillows! I love the scent, it isn't too powerful, just the right amount. Doesn't stain the sheets or pillowcases either! Is a perfect addition to my nightly bedtime routine. I totally recommend these sprays! Also the price isn't bad and just a few sprays will do it depending on the size of the bed and room you are in. I don't go crazy with it. I also like that it doesn't last very long, I feel like of it did like a perfume does it would make me sick of it. I love this scent of Dr Teals, I hope that they keep this particular one indefinitely! It has a delicious essence! I also love the addition of melatonin to the formula, as I have perpetual insomnia and find it difficult to sleep at night. Well, this blend relaxes me and truly does help with that, or so it seems. I started out with the matching body wash, and fell in love with it so much I had to have the body/pillow spray. I thought the blend had an added note of cedarwood to it, but when I read the ingredients, turns out it is patchouli, which I love even more, making this a win-win formula for me, as I love Lavender and Patchouli.
