I'm a big fan of all Dr. Teal's. I like the Soothe & Sleep scent of course, the one with lavender. I like to layer my bath with the epsom salt, then with the bubble bath of the same scent, and I do enjoy the compatible Calm sleep spray for my bed linens at bedtime. I've tried tons of other Epsom salt scents from Dr. Teals and some I did not care for, but I would have to say that Vanilla is my second-favorite scent. It's perfect to pair with some foodie-type scented bubble bath. Right now I'm using it with a cinnamon apple Philosophy for a bit of bubbles. So just for self-care and relaxation, Dr. Teals is priced right and performs well. And of course, the benefits from epsom salt soaks for muscle aches is well known. But the epsom salts really pay off when you are suffering from hemorrhoids. Soak for 20 minutes and the pain/discomfort goes away. Much more effective than even Prep H wipes. Read more
