Bought for my mom. She loved it. Says it did help her sleep! (though baths usually do). She works a lot on her feet and with kids so she is usually sore, helped deeply with that. The smell was great (though she loves lavender). She is lightly allergic to pollen and had no issued with sneezing and the smell. Which has happened with other products in the past. I love soaking in this Epsom salt. It does not leave the tub greasy. It reduces my body pain about 75%. You need 2 cups. I bought a 2 cup wooden scoop from Amazon to use with the Epsom salt.
