The arch support is what I needed. Unfortunately, I only could wear the left support. When I positioned them in my shoes, the right one was feeling weird, I removed it and found it was another left foot! For the short time I wore the left support, I could tell it was the perfect height and comfortable. Returning them for a correct pair. Update: I received another set of supports. After reading someone else's review i decided to buy these after i lost one of the other pair i bought from the good foot store, which i paid $500. The other review lady said they do the same thing as the good foot store and they sure do the same thing, better price for the same thing. I wear about 7-8 shoe size and bought the 7, and so far so good. they might take time to get used to them like i read Your feet hurt after a few hours take them out for a hour or so, then put them back in and that worked for me. I work for usps and am a mial carrier that walks 15 + miles a day, so these work great in any of my shoes and my feet are not as sore at end of the day, and that I can go do something after work instead of having to rest my feet after work Read more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was hoping these would work well with sandals and not be too visible. I have very high arches and in the summer I rely on Chaco sandals as they are the only ones that are solid enough that I can use all day without arch pain. However, sometimes I would like to wear a dressier sandal for a few hours at a time but I do need some sort of arch support. These will do for a very short period of time, but that's about it.
