The media could not be loaded. Real Unboxing this morning. All in all this is a really solid and nice knife. You are not going to get much better without spending much much more. Sure we all love bespoke knives. But keeping them safe and sound is just a nuisance. Everything has a time and place. So, as a kitchen professional you come across a lot of knives. The media could not be loaded. My husband is a chef and is always checking out new knives. He loves the design of this one, so I got it for him to try it out. He says it is light and has a balanced weight. He also said it seems very sturdy. It's going to be one he uses in his regular rotation. Great price for this one, too! Read more

Really nice workmanship. Sharp and lightweight. I like the kiritsuke "K" tip for seeding veggies. Edge retention is great so far. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I recently moved and am restocking my kitchen with new items. I donβt love to cook, but I appreciate quality items when I do. I look for a practical price point and good quality, and this knife definitely fits the bill for me. Comfortable to hold, nice quality, looks nice, a good value for the money. Read more
