I bought this bag for my daughter back in Sept and it only lasted until December. It lasted less than 4 months and for the last month of that time, it was held together by a safety pin. She loved it so much so I bought it a second time, hoping it was a fluke. I regret that decision now! This time it only lasted a month. It arrived Jan 4. It started ripping at the seems AGAIN. After a week of convincing her I need to return it and get a different bag altogether, she came home with it so badly ripped that I can’t even stitch it up. Today is February 12. Much to my surprise, I can no longer return it! There’s a 30 day return policy… FOR A SCHOOL BAG!!! How absurd! They must’ve known how poorly it’s made since it’s been a 1 month and 1 week and this is how bad it is! I can’t even find a way to contact the seller! My daughter is in high school and old enough, she takes care of her things. We still have her school bag from last year that lasted the entire school year. I have never had to buy multiple bags in a single school year before, let alone 3!!! I’m more upset that I can’t get ahold of the seller about their ridiculous 30 day return policy!
