I really, really love these boots!! I ordered a half size up in anticipation of them being too tight on my calves, and as it turns out, I did NOT need to do that. They're not so big they look like clown shoes, they still fit nicely, but I definitely could've ordered my true-to-size size. They are pretty much exactly as pictured/described. They are perhaps slightly more matte in color, which I appreciate. (Although these could be very cool in super shiny patent leather!) I have a little of the gapping others talked about in the right boot, but it's not that bad; it adds character. It seems like it would be easy enough to loosely stitch shut, or I considered using a really big, almost decorative type safety pin to close it, but I'm pretty sure I'll just leave it the way it is. These are an excellent value at the current price point (less than 30). They seem durable but I haven't given them a true "go" yet- I'm pretty sure they're gonna hold up to daily wear and if they fail sooner than later, I didn't have to break the bank to get 'em. I typically don’t wear taller boots but my daughter ordered them for an event she had so I decided to try them out. I’m glad I did! They are VERY cozy and so cute with leggings. I’m a U.S. women’s size 7 and these fit perfectly (for reference, I am 5’5” and 125 lbs.) Not too wide, not too small, but perfect. They are quite comfortable after you break them in (for me it was one usage), and they’re quite sturdy. They are also well made, water resistant, warm, and the material is not flimsy whatsoever. I was told to half size up to make sure the boots fit my calves, but the sizing up actually made the boots slightly too big around the heel and toe area so they slip up and down a bit when I walk. But other than that, these boots are super cute, comfortable, and good for styling with any outfit. I love these boots! They were exactly what I was looking for. Good price, good look, low heel, and decently comfortable! I wouldn’t go hiking in these or take a trip to Disney, but they work great for what I need them for - which is wearing to church, going out to eat, and attending relaxed parties or gatherings, etc. I sometimes need a size 11 in shoes as I am usually a size 10-10.5, but the 10 fit well for me.
