The boot quality was mint condition. They seemed brand new! The heel height is perfect it’s not too tall to where it hurts your feet or ankles. I am a plus size woman and I have a hard time wearing heels but these were great. The style is beautiful and fits what I am going for. The reason why I am going 4 stars is because I am a thick woman and I have large calves. I even sized up to a 9 to try and help give myself some more space to fit. Unfortunately it did not zip all the way up. However, fortunately for me that’s not a deal breaker. I could zip it up enough that I could still wear them and pull off my look beautifully. If you are a plus size woman with larger calves try getting a 9.5 or 10, that might help give you some more space. Other than that, awesome! Read more

Okay, I purchased these boots for a Halloween costume, and I’d say I scored. I got them on sale, as well, so that made the experience even better. To be candid, I’m not a big Amazon shopper for clothes and shoes. I’m pretty skeptical based on past experiences and quality issues. I tried these on and wore them in my house just to test them out first, and I was thrilled that they fit well and the heel was comfortable. These boots are super cute and comfortable when I tried them on but the reason I am giving this a 1 out of 5 stars is because they had very clearly been previously used. It’s too late to return them and ask for a refund because I’m using them for an event tomorrow but the main issue for me is that I was sold a product as brand new and given a used product. Don’t recommend the seller which is unfortunate because the product itself isn’t bad. Photos are from the boots just taken out of the box. Had not even tried them on when I took the pictures.
