These are comfortable for a sandal. I will mostly wear them with dresses, but it’s also very casual and will go with anything. For me, it will be my dress up shoe because if I’m going more casual I’ll be wearing my Hokas. Plantar fasciitis kind of limits my choices of footwear, so no cute high heels for me. I could not wear these all day, like others may be able to, because I also need arch support. Boy, I sure sound like an old person. I guess I’m a little bit old. They are not as cushy and soft to me, as some may report, and has a normal amount of cushion. Nothing to get too excited about as far as that goes. I mean it’s okay enough, but not “Wow, I’m walking on a cloud.” The sole has a normal amount of stiffness, not too squishy. I wear a size 8, but was influenced by some reviewers to go up a half size. The 8 would have fit perfectly, but the 8.5 is not noticeably bigger and they fit good enough, just a little space at the back of the heel. I will keep them. The straps were not snug, so I don’t think there will be any rubbing while walking, as they are flexible. So no worries about blisters. My opinion is that it fits true to your regular size. Cute and comfortable. Will keep to run around and do summer errands. Would love if they were offered in a half size smaller as they run a bit long for my feet, or that the ankle strap could get tighter. These sandals are comfortable for the following reasons: The heel is not too high so they’re easy to walk in, the 8.5 size is just right for me, the top strap has a stretchy quality, & the insole is soft without feeling slippery. The soles of these sandals are thick and sturdy so my feet have excellent support when walking in them. They’re easy to put on and take off. Very comfortable wore them all day two days in a row and the cushion did not disappoint. They offer decent arch and ergonomic support for my feet however, the elasticity of the bands can be a problem. They fit securely, but if you step off to the side or slide on an uneven surface your foot will slide right off the side of the shoe. Luckily when this happened to me the resistance of the bands allowed me to get my self upright quickly without falling. I will still wear them because they are cute and comfortable. I really liked the style of the sandal, and they are one of the most comfortable shoes I have worn. The only thing that I didn't like was the straps frayed rather quickly and now look unkempt.
