These boots are comfortable, my correct size, fuzzy lined all the way to the toes and have style that is perfect for my style or any type of style . They are very versatile. They also have a nice little boot cuff on top. I ordered my normal boot size 8. 5. In dream pair shoes I usually wear size 8, in flats, and 7.5 in heels. But since I have epilepsy and balance issues so I usually buy flat or wider heels. I have pretty narrow feet and a higher arch and smaller ankles. The boots we’re comfortable with and with out socks I usually wear them with tights or fishnets. Depending on what I’m wearing. They accommodate any size foot or ankle size and I’m 5’3 143.8 lbs. they may feel tight on people who normally order wide shoes or boots but they don’t go up my calf very high so I do not know if they would fit a wider calf if you are shorter than me. I have another pair of taller boots from dream pairs that accommodate me in the same way they are not lined though and the call size would fit anyone I believe because they stretch. The value for the money is always worth it. I got black. And the buckles and clasps do not have to be adjusted ( but can be as well as laces for larger space or smaller space) because they open and close with a side zipper. They did not need to be adjusted for me. And I tried them on with thick ankle socks and my bare foot. If you have weak ankles or balance issues or feet and hands always cold these are the boots for you! These are my favorite boots, and I always get so many compliments when I wear them. They’re very comfortable and warm, and it’s very nice to have boots that can fit my giant calves. The fit runs snug, but I bought my normal shoe size and they aren’t uncomfortably tight. If I wear my thick wool socks with them they’re a little too tight, but even then I can still get them on if I loosen the laces. They are not sturdy, though. Like at all. They last maybe a couple weeks to a month before the coating starts to wear, even with waterproof spray. They also tend to crease pretty quickly behind the seam on the foot, but it doesn’t really look bad. And the first pair I got lasted me through one winter and by the spring the soles were starting to fall off and the lining was collapsing and hurting my feet. But I wore them almost every day and wasn’t particularly careful with them, and I still loved them so much that I bought a new pair this year. I’ve had this pair for three months and as you can see in the picture the tip of the toe has peeled pretty good and they’re a little creased, but I’ve been more careful with them and the soles and lining are doing fine even though I wore them every day until it warmed up. The only thing I don’t like about these boots is that they have the top four hooks instead of eyelets even though they also have a zipper. I feel like the point of a zipper is so that I can leave them tied and put them on faster, but I have to relace them every day anyway because the laces fall out of the hooks as soon as I unzip them. It’s just a mildly annoying design choice. But anyway; the color is perfect, the knitted tops and buckles are cute as heck, the lining is very soft and warm, the laces make them adjustable to hefty calves, and everyone from eighty year old ladies to twelve year old boys stops me to tell me how much they like them. Oh also I picked them originally because I thought the zipper pocket was exciting and I don’t honestly use it because it’s hard to fit much in there, but it’s the perfect size for a backup key or something. These are super cute!!! I generally invest in my shoes and only go for genuine leather and high quality. BUT I was looking for something a little more lightweight for the warmer months and thought I would give these a try. I was surprised by the high quality for the price. They are SUPER cute! And just the style I was looking for. Unfortunately, I did end up returning them but only because I didn't realize that these are definitely not for summer wear. They are lined with a soft, fur-like material. Very cozy, just too warm for what I am looking for and I already have aplenty of fall /winter boots. Otherwise, these are fantastic! Update 10/23/24: I liked these boots so I requested a replacement via Amazon instead of a refund. Shortly after doing this, the DreamPair company reached out to me having seen my initial review and offered a refund or replacement. Since I had already done so via Amazon I did not take them up on the offer, but I thought it was a good customer service move for them to have done so. I got my replacement boots today and they look and feel great! I wore them out tonight and they were warm and comfy. Bonus, with the zipper, it was no problem to remove them without having to unlace them! If this was the pair I’d gotten initially, they’d probably receive a 4 or 5 star. Initial review: When the boots arrived, I was pleased! I tried them on (size 8), and they fit great. They were so comfy, so soft on the inside…but when I went to lace one boot up, I noticed one of the lace hooks was missing. I initiated a replacement. Upon reboxing them, I noticed a hook from the other boot was missing, too! I am very hopeful that the replacement pair arrives with no missing pieces and in good condition, and the replacement goes smoothly!
