Works exactly as advertised. I didn't need the instructions. Plug and play. Setting time is a breeze. Ensure you've batteries in case there is a power outage. The antenna is a wire not a telescopic model. Only has the FM band (no AM). Has a USB port to charge your phone. There is a room temperature indicator which doesn't seem all too accurate. The alarms work nicely. The numerals are large enough to be read across the room. You can increase or decrease the brightness of the display. For about $20 this is a decent clock radio. Read more

This is a great small bedside clock. Not a lot of bells and whistles: FM radio only, and only one alarm. But the buttons on top are easily understood. Great little clock radio at a very reasonable price. The device has a nice adjustment on the screen for brightness or dimming, setup is easy, instructions are easy to follow, and for a small unit the radio sound quite good. For the price, I would highly recommend. Only downside is it's made in China like so much stuff. Read more

The sound is poor to profoundly bad. Part of the problem is that it has a very tiny speaker, and physics is against any good sound. But something else is going on, because my favorite station's sound was so bad that it couldn't be listened to. I was able to find an acceptable station to wake up to, where the sound was just poor. Good enough. Meanwhile, it's not terribly hard to set the time and equally not hard to set the alarm. I was hoping to get a clock with two alarm settings, but the ratings for all of them are worse than this clock. Also, on the plus side, there is a button to turn off the alarm. This is probably the best alarm clock radio I've ever owned. It's very easy to dim the light it projects for nighttime use. Plus the orange light is fantastic compared to blue light. It keeps the time perfectly and looks very nice on the nightstand, doesn't take up much room. It's pretty self explanatory concerning setup and functionality.
