I have always loved gold shoes, and when I saw these, I knew I had to have them. Usually, I wear an 8, but my Amazon feed suggested ordering an 8 1/2. I did, and am so happy because they are a perfect fit. (I prefer my foot does not go all the way to the back edge of a shoe). The sparkly gold mesh is unique, these sandals are stylish, lightweight, and extremely comfortable due to the soft and padded insole that also offers support. I appreciate that the soles of the sandals are etched and not smooth, offering a non-slip shoe. These mesh flat sandals slip on and off easily, allow my feet to breathe and are versatile in that I can wear them with casual or dressier outfits. These sandals remind me of the Asian mesh sandals with flowers on top I used to buy in Chinatown, but the quality of these sandals is high, they are put together well with excellent workmanship, and that is reflected in the price. I couldn’t pass them up, I needed to see them in person. They look like a thong sticking above the waistline of your pants. But I love an ugly shoe. The soles were surprisingly comfortable for a flat shoe but the part that goes between your toe is very uncomfortable. It may soften over time but I found it stiff and a little rigid when walking. However I didn’t have any issues with them sliding off when I walked, they felt pretty secure. I think they would have looked significantly cuter if my toes were painted because then it would peak through. Read more
These are such an original design with the open mesh front half. I’m always looking for easy to wear sandals for summertime, and anytime I can find shoes that look a big step above flip flops I grab them. These did not disappoint. The silver color is neutral enough to wear with just about anything, yet dressy enough to help me look put together. I love how easy it is to slide my foot in and go. The fit was just about perfect right out of the box. The strap across the top of my foot was just a tiny bit snug, but I wore them for a few hours a day for 2 days inside the house and they fit perfectly now. All edges seem to be finished very well and the straps are stitched securely to the shoe. I anticipate these lasting for hopefully a couple of summers. I mostly really like these. They do slip a little (in the toe area...it just doesn't grip well), so I can't give a full 5 stars, but for short jaunts to the pool or beach or for casual wear where you don't have to walk much, they will be very nice. I like that they are cute and unique...not your typical flip-flop. I also like the white color I ordered. The fit is spot on. I am a size 8 and that's what I ordered and they fit fine. They are super easy to wear comfortable and breathable. They are light weight perfect for walking and great for warm weather, the fishnet mesh design gives them a stylish, modern look while keeping my feet cool all day long. The round shape adds a comfortable feet that does not squeeze my toes. The sole is a great combination of comfort and support, they are soft yet they don't feel flimsy like some summer slides, great for casual outings, the beach or office if you have a relaxed dress code. Something very practical about them is that they are super easy to clean just quick wipe or rinse with clean water and I am good to go they dry quickly.
