I bought this little gem in September and installed it in Oct in my bathroom, just in time for the cold weather!! This is without a doubt one of the best designed futuristic heaters I have ever had! I have had plenty of all kinds. This one stands out! I love the device updates through the router!!!! Reminds me of updating my bios on my pc!!! I just love the scheduling, where I can control the heater to come on and off at certain times. This should save on heating bills. I just love the economy, where it takes advantage of the 900, 1000 and 1500 watt and is very quiet. So efficient. It runs rings around my old baseboard heater that clunked out. I read where the fan can be used by itself, so I expect maybe that will be used in summer. I will see what I can explore then. No floor fans to circulate the air. Its a 2fer! As a matter of fact, I loved this heater so much I ordered another one for my living room. Hopefully it will run just as good. The heat is very good!!! If you use apps, this is perfect for you and there is a remote control for those that do not use their phone apps. We need another star for futuristic engineering built for the consumer!! Great supplemental heater, have it set up in my daughter's room where it would get very cold, heats it up without issues. The drill hole template was a great feature, only issue i found is that it didnt give clear instructions on what size drill bit I needed, that doesn't change my 5 star though. I love this unit. Super easy to install and works great. I have an area that is about 250 sq ft. Of is the only heat source. It maintains a comfortable temp if the outside temp is above 30 F. I plan to buy another one for the other end of the room for cold nights. The ECO mode works great. Programming temps for day vs night was simple but i had a problem with it turning off between cycles. I reached out to Customer Support and they explained i needed a five minute buffer between cycles. No problem now. Great Customer Service. Read more

The clicking noises is caused by it being in Eco mode. It seems the thermostat is trying to regulate the set temperature you put and trying to match the room temperature it reads (inaccurately). Let's say its on 6..7 °F (19c) and it reaches it's set temperature for ex, =72°F (22c), it turns off or on low heat setting like any other heater. If it drops under it's set temperature like < 72°F (22c) it'll turn on to medium or high. This one will jump up or down 1-2 degrees frequently "reaching" it's set temp (constant clicking noise off/on) again and again. Good thing is, it doesn't happen all the time. Bad is when it does it'll last a minute or just a few seconds. Don't want it doing this in the middle of the night, you'll wake up & get annoyed. That's it's only flaw honestly. They release software updates but I don't think it addresses the program. Could be hardware (maybe imo) or software but the reading is definitely not accurate. You can change current Temp in the app (Ambient temperature) to the right right temperature but it won't fix nothing. Only fix is to NOT to use Eco mode and/or just set it yourself to Low/Medium/High. But the point of Eco mode is so you don't have to set it or turn it off manually right. CONCLUSION: So other than that, Great device and really cool (well), It works with Alexa and Google,I use Alexa mostly. Controller and app is perfect, you can control the oscillating in 3 different set degrees only or turn it on auto oscillation. I didn't use the mounts yet also. If you don't care about Eco mode it'll get the job done i promise or your money back 😁. Or you can use Eco mode still because that clicking noise isn't like an all day thing. But you'll run into it. Heats up room really quick imo compared to modern day heaters, imo my grandma's old heater for example will literally iron and burn your clothes by standing a few feet away but also no safety features etc. I'll update this once I see if there's a fix. Update: Unfortunately the updates did nothing and there are other reviews after me experiencing the same thing so I'll ponder on returning it. These heaters are very good. I originally bought this model for my bedroom and a smaller model for my master bath, within three months of that, I purchased four additional units of this model for other rooms in my house. I'm back this winter to purchase three more the remaining rooms in my house. I live alone so I hate running the central heat to heat up the entire house when I'm only using one room. What I love about them: (1) Size and Appearance - You can hang on the wall, not taking up floor space. Best Place to Hang - Low on wall, about 12" from floor. It has a low profile and a sleek look. (2) They Work very well - One of these actually heats up a large open-style den and kitchen area and fast. It's also quiet. (3) Smart Intigration. They come with a remote, but the app is the best. It's easy to set up, and works very well with Echo/Alexa commands. You can also set up timers/schedules with the app. I love that I can set it to warm up my bath before I wake up or make my office cozy before I get to work, etc. I highly recommend. Read more
