This dress is all pretty woman for me. I got it in peacock blue and a 2X. I have a 50" bust and took a risk that this would work, and it does beautifully. Who can't use a dress that makes you feel beautiful? The fabric is soft but has substance so it pleats well. The pleats are key in making it feel so pretty. The swish of the pleats as I walk makes me want to keep walking all day. It comes to the top of my calves and fits well in the cut of the underarm. It doesn't have a zipper, but a simple pearl button at the neckline. It slips beautifully over my head and pulls nicely down. I wear a narrow or wide silver belt to define my waist. I wear this with strappy sandals, heels or ballet flats. I wear a barely pink cardigan when I need a sleeve. That is pretty much it with this dress. It is simple, elegant and can be worn anywhere. This is a beautiful dress. The peacock green is to die for and the pleats in the bottom adds a classy touch to the overall design. The fabric is a bit lighter than I expected, making this a more suitable dress the spring and summer months than for the cold seasons. It is versatile in that you could wear it to something more formal like a wedding, but also to work. Although, the pleats are what sold me, the top part of the dress is rather unimaginative. I pair it with a thick belt and that seems to solve the problem. The dress is comfortable and fits true to size.
