This is an awesome scooter and I would highly recommend it to others. And I would love to give it five stars. However, I gave four stars because it took three people to get it out of the packing crate and then all three people to figure out how to assemble and get it work because there we NO instructions for unpacking and assembling the scooter. some assembly required and there are no assembly instructions. The scooter works as advertised and we are happy so far. The trucking company was very slow, and we did not get the scooter in time for Christmas, which was disappointing, but everything is being blamed on COVID now days. Overall, we are very happy with the product. Read more

I have had this unit for over 6 years. If you will do two things, this scooter will serve you well. #1 Add voltmeter, then you will know the factory battery gage is not usefull. My battery gage turns red in about 3 miles. Turn key off and back on and you will have all green. This gives me many more miles of range. Read your manual for the minimum volt readings. It is About 16.5volts while driving or 23.3 volts in neutral..( I have never been below 23.8 in neutral... Now for number 2, I added a set of air horns, These are not expensive, are easy to hook up and work FANTASTIC !!!! I also added a strobe light like you may see on a fork lift etc. A must have for after dark, for the lights are very weak... I paid $2500 for this item. Shop around Read more
