I'm in now way affiliated with this product, but as a guy who's trying to lose weight (with an overactive sweet tooth) these things freaking HIT. 90 calories, 5 grams of sugar, 3 grams of fat, and they genuinely scratch the itch when I've got a sweet treat craving. Plus the bags are actually FULL so you get a solid serving size unlike most brands that give you a bag full of air. I got the variety pack to try out multiple flavors and haven't found one I dislike yet. I'll be ordering more for sure. Cure the craving without feeling guilty.
