I purchased it at around $10. Functions the same as any other ratchet belt. It is genuine leather with a thick foam interior and polyester stitching. I cut it to length with a box cutter and singed the frayed ends of the stitching with a lighter. Holds well and has a beautifully Glossy white buckle- simple and fitting for a white belt.
