DrRelax Retro Sunglasses Womens Trendy Round Polarized Shades Sun Glasses

Sometimes you order a set of sunglasses for a low price (this set is priced at $16.99 at the time of this review), and when they arrive, you understand why they were priced so low. This is not the case with the DrRELAX Women's Trendy Round Polarized Retro Sunglasses. I am shooketh that these stylish, lightweight, well-fitting, sets of two pairs are priced so low. They fit GREAT! As a Polynesian, I have a wider nose bridge, and these fit comfortably, staying in place without sliding. I can wear them for hours, forgetting I have them on, and not getting any sort of pressure indentation. I have very sun-sensitive eyes, and they work as well as my much more expensive glasses at blocking the sun without altering my vision. The only time they make something appear different than without them is when I am looking at the screen of my iPhone 17 Max Plus. When looking at my phone, it can make the screen holographic-esque. It doesn't distort to the point where I can't read it, but it definitely has an effect. I assume this is from them being polarized lenses. This hasn't been an issue for me as they easily slide to rest on my head (headband style) without stretching out the arms or getting hair product on the lenses. Each pair of glasses comes with a microfiber carrying bag and a screen wiping cloth. These look really nice and fit comfortably. They are slightly oversized for a typical wayfarer style frame, but not extremely so. The gray green lens is darker in person than in the photos. Both seem to filter the sun well and the polarized lens test image indicates both glasses do, in fact, have polarized lenses. The glasses are very light. Very. I don't think of this as a comfort thing, but more as cheap. Without touching them they look more expensive than they are. Once you pick them up you'll know why the price is so low. These are entirely plastic. That said, I still like them and I still think they are worth the money. It's nice to have some sunglasses that I don't have to worry about as much. These are perfect to take places where losing or forgetting your sunglasses is a possibility. Read more

These are one of those “throw them in the bag and grab them every day” sunglasses. They’re lightweight, comfortable on my face, and the polarized lenses make a noticeable difference when I’m driving or outside with the kids. I love the retro round shape — trendy without being over the top. They don’t feel flimsy and sit nicely without sliding down my nose. These glasses are softer plastic, and they fit my face and nose bridge well. The polarization is great for better visibility, especially while driving. They offer sun protection as well, which is a requirement for me. The glasses are okay quality. They don’t have a frame that’s very rigid, which feels weird, and frankly a bit cheap. I always wonder how well the hinges will hold up. I can’t expect the world for a bargain price, so they will do in a pinch, but they are fine as a backup pair. They won’t be the first pair that I reach for, but I’m glad I have some backups with decent polarization. Read more

Amazing value for the price, especially since you get 2 glasses, a carrying case and a cleaning cloth! They are polarized, and they look great on all different facial shapes! Are these high quality? Yes, within their price range, yes they are. These are lightweight, comfortable, and medium tint (not too dark, not too light)! Will they break easily? They are sturdy but they would probably break if someone sits on them, steps on them or drops them from a higher point. Could you drop them from a normal standing position? Yes, I tested this and they did not break. Overall: Great glasses! Highly recommend! Note about the pic- I really tried to get a picture of the polarized testing card through the sunglasses. In this sunglass set you get 2 pair of sunglasses a storage bag and a cleaning cloth. The sunglasses are light weight and are plastic. One pair is a bit larger with a double bridge and have a retro vibe back to the 80's. The tint on this pair is a smokey gray and is a nice tint - not too dark and not too light. The smaller pair has brown tinted lenses. The tint on this pair seem a bit light so may not be the best in direct bright light. I like the way both of these feel while on. The frames have a bit of flexibility but at this price point I don't expect the hinges for the earpieces to be too sturdy. They do seem better than I expected and may be metal.
