The container doesn't seem that big but after you start using it, you realize how much you have left over. It's A LOT of spackle. I don't think the average homeowner will ever need that much for stuff like wall repair. You can literally fix 30 holes with the amount of spackle they give you. As a result, I think they should just offer a smaller container. In the US, you don't see any spackle containers that large for a good reason. I ended up using this to fix 2 holes in my home, and I barely made a dent. FUNCTIONALITY/PERFORMANCE The spackle quality is pretty good. It's very wet, which is a good thing. It goes on smoothly and consistently. It had great consistency and stickiness, so there were no major air bubbles or issues. And a day later, everything dried, so I could start sanding it down. AESTHETICS After everything dried, the spackle looked good. And sanding it was easy. PRICE At $23, I think this kit it a bit pricey. Yes, you're given 4 patch kits, but they don't seem costly. I would love it if this kit were sold closer to $15. Maybe, if they included less spackle, it would help with the cost. FINAL PURCHASE RECOMMENDATION The quality of the kit is sufficient to get the job done. The materials look cheap, but that shouldn't really matter. The biggest issue for me is the cost.
