These flossers have little eyes on them like some alligator shaped flossers for kids. But they are adult sized, with double strands. This particular design, with the pick shaped end, is the most efficient for cleaning the inside of the teeth as well as the outside. This product is of medium weight and is sufficiently rigid that it is easy to work with. The strands are secured and remain so with minimal drooping, but they do become frayed quickly. They slip easily between the teeth. This does not seem to reduce their efficacy, they just look messy. The minty flavor is hardly there, so it is not irritating. Read more
