I was actually afraid to buy this chair because there weren’t any reviews yet but this had all the features I wanted and I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality. I am in Doctoral school and have to study for long hours during the day so I wanted a foot rest, arm rest, good cushions, this color, and the height fits perfectly under my desk. The assembly was super easy and took less than an hour by myself and the chair was packaged extremely well. There was zero damage and also many extra pieces of the hardware needed were provided to put it together. They also provided fabric gloves for the assembly which was nice when using the little tools provided to screw the pieces together because they hurt my thumbs without. They also provided this really cute pillow. It had a zipper on it so out of curiosity I unzipped it and it was actually a very cute and soft throw blanket that I wasn’t expecting! I purchased this electric office chair for my husband. (Christmas present) As customer reading the description of the item, you would want a TRUTHFUL and HONEST description of the item. Because that is what you base your decision ON! My husband is 5’9” 285lb. The chair motor was unable to raise him from a recline position to a seating position. He had to raise himself up in order for the motor to move to upright seating position. Seat width is narrow. The DESCRIPTION said 400lb is the weight limit. Worth every penny. My wife loves it and I love it. It a as easy to install, but it was also weird because the bags for the pieces were not labeled. You have to figure that out yourself. It is a common sense thing by looking at the pictures from the instructions, but the install would have been a lot faster had it been labeled. Overall the chair is fantastic. Read more

I've had it for a while and I can say, this is not one of the best chairs I've had. The leg rest is nice, and its pretty comfortable. However, I had to use a different chair wheel bottom because mine would not properly socket on and sat crooked. Also, the back of the chair no longer sits up straight. I assembled the chair yesterday after a pretty seamless delivery. The chair went together easy enough but as with most instructions from overseas could use some tweaking. My suggestion would be to not plug the two massage cables in until the two seat sections are bolted together to avoid pulling out Loose wires during assembly. The quality of the chair seems to be very high and the fasteners are large long and strong, all needed components in these types of furniture. The chair itself is very comfortable although I would say that the foot rest is very short and tall people will have a difficult time being raised up at the calf. Almost, but not quite as good as a living room recliner. Needs footrest to elevate more and seat with footrest to elongate for accommodation of body position to be comfortable. Also, the seat needs a bit more padding for long-term hind end comfort. Material is surprisingly nice. Size and back support are good. This chair is amazing in just about all aspects. However, I had to request a refund because it sits way too high even at the lowest setting for me. Nothing wrong with the item. Nothing wrong with the seller or the description. It's unfortunately only an issue with my body and my computer station height and configuration. The feel of it is nice. The features are nice!
