DUAL MOTOR Portable Whole Body Vibration Plate Exercise Fitness Machine

Decent machine for the price. Got it about a month ago. Still works. Pretty quiet. No set up. Plug in and go. There was an odor at first but after letting it sit in the garage a few days to air out, it was fine. Using it to add variety and supplement my regular exercise. Run, lift weights, elliptical. 60 year old healthy male. Would rather have a more powerful machine ( more g force) but they cost much more and they are generally larger and heavier. You can buy this exact same machine with a brand name for twice the price, but why? I am satisfied with the product, the price and the ability to move it around. A good supplement any other exercise you do. I would not rely on any vibration machine alone for exercise or weight loss. Reduce caloric intake, walk / run, resistance exercises / weights. Even a little exercise is better than doing nothing. Walking is free. Dumbbells are cheap. If you can afford it and you are doing the above, this is worth getting. Read more

My bf used to sell the zaaz 20k and he got this one. His review: It's great for the price. I've encountered a lot of these machines and they can be very loud and have very harsh vibrations even at medium speeds. This device is no medical device caliber but for doing pushups and squats it will leave you that good work out sore. Standing or sitting on it for a massage effect and circulatory benefits is nice and gentle on the body as well. This is probably due to the higher amplitudes with lower frequency ratings compared to other devices in this range. The smell is from out of the box not from usage. After a week the smell is gone. It's just like how leather is the smell fades with time and use. For the benefits gained that's least of my concern. Four stars because I expected the hand straps to be elastic rather than cloth. this product did not work for me. I used a vibration plate at a gym and received significant decrease in generalized arthritic pain. But nothing with this machine. Furthermore this seller would not let me return the product and I am out $340. What a waste of my hard earned $$$. Lesson learned. Read more

I was not sure about buying this with just a few reviews. This unit is heave duty and my wife and I just love it. I always wanted a footsie wootsie like they have at the fair and zoo here in San Diego. This unit works great and feels the same but is more versatile. I've been using this now for six months and cannot recommend it more! If you're new to vibration plates and want to save some money, this is an excellent choice. It has two very powerful motors and offers the most options when it comes to programed sessions. I do standard vibration exercises on it, as well as some of my yoga. I had back surgery two years ago, and when the nerve pain acts up I stand on this for ten minutes... and it's gone. Love it! Recently I had a noisy motor. I sent the seller an email via Amazon. They called me, asked about the problem, and sent me a brand new motor. Fixed in about 5 minutes. No additional cost. Love that customer support. A few tips and tricks: - Put a yoga mat on top to keep from slipping off - Place non skip patches under the feet to keep the unit from moving on tile floor - P1 is a great general standing program - Using a yoga mat behind the unit for your knees (etc) allows for more comfortable yoga poses Enjoy!
