The concept of these smart glasses is good and it does work. Pairing them with my phone was easy and straightforward. I was surprised to hear music so effortlessly. I am used to having to play around with settings and configurations more. The sound is acceptable, probably tuned to the vocal range more than other ranges. This is reasonable for making best use of language translation and phone modes, but the high and low ends are somewhat lacking. The controls are OK but not always responsive. While I think the sunglass feature is useful, I wish the lenses were photochromic. This would work better indoors or in lower light conditions. Read more

These smart sunglasses surprised me, in a good way. Setup was a breeze and they paired quickly with my device. The sound quality is crisp and clear for calls, music, or podcasts, and I could still hear the world around me, which is great for staying aware while out and about. The touch controls are responsive and easy to use, and I loved how lightweight they felt during long wear. The built-in translation feature was simple to activate and worked better than expected for quick phrases. Try them while watching anime with English subtitles. You will have a good laugh. That said, the arms do feel a bit like lightweight plastic, which may not hold up to rough handling. Also, if you turn the volume up, people nearby can definitely hear what you’re listening to. The lenses are quite dark, which is perfect for sunny days but might be too much in lower light settings. Overall, if you're looking for affordable smart glasses that deliver solid audio, hands-free convenience, and a few cool extras, these are a fun, functional choice. Just know they lean more techy than luxe. I would buy a second pair. Read more

Pros: 1) The fit is nice, the seem to stay on my face just fine. 2) The magnetic chargers work well, and seem to hold in place while charging. 3) The sound is decent, I can hear music with the volume level at about 1/4 (at least with no other audio distractions in the room), and because nothing is in my ear, I can also hear what is going on around me. 4) I've only had minimal opportunity to try the translation, but it seems to work well. Cons: 1) It looks like the language translation requires the app on your phone to work, and it seems to always default to Chinese to English translation, so you will need to scroll through all of the languages to find the one you need. 2) The speakers aren't bone conducting (not a surprise for this price point, but worth mentioning), the speaker is a slit right over the ear, so although it allows you to hear your surroundings, people close by could be able to hear your music and phone conversations (obviously depending on how loud you have it) - with the glasses off my head, sitting arms length away from me, and volume at about 25%, I can hear the music playing fairly well. 3) The translation is a little slow (don't have experience with other translation software, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it does take a couple of seconds to work up the translation) 4) The charging system is specific to this pair of glasses, so if you lose it, break it, or it wears out, you are out of luck. 5) You have to charge both arms individually (also not sure that this is that big of a deal since the charging cable comes with a split to charge both arms at the same time with the one cable) So my overall initial impression - for the price point, they are a great option if you are looking for something to help communicate while traveling or if you encounter other languages quite often, but probably not the best option if you are looking for something just for music or phone calls. I want to try out the translation option some more and see how it works, as well as see how well they hold up to use, I'll try to update my review after some use. I have attached a photo of the charging point, and the "speaker" over the ears Read more

Multipurpose sunglasses with the ability to translate language. The app is very user friendly and the audio is good and crisp. The bluetooth connection is quick and the glasses turn on when you open the bow. I used the glasses to talk on the phone and the conversation was smooth. The audio can be loud, but you can easily adjust it so that nobody else can hear what you are listening to without affecting what you hear. Read more

I was drawn to these translating glasses because they looked fairly stylish and I though the idea of having the translation through the glasses was kind of neat. For translating, these glasses are great. Setting them up through the app was very easy to do and doesn't take long at all. The audio for translation works well enough but just know that anyone around you can also hear it. I tried using them for music and I really wouldn't recommend them for that function as the music sounds pretty lame. I think these glasses would work much better if they came with earbuds or if they allowed you to connect your own earbuds. Overall these are good for what I wanted them for but they could be better sound wise. Read more
