My favorite home fitness book

I like this book a lot. There's no recipes. The information is good without being overbearing. There's many different types of exercises with pictures and descriptions on how to perform it properly. There are some chapters dedicated to certain fitness goals. Best of all, you don't need to go to a gym for it. I've gone through a few fitness books and this one doesn't have that, attitude (thinking of the vibe), that some books have given me. Read more
