First of all--full disclosure--I've already assembled this bed frame and plan on keeping it because it's workable and because of the price. However, the production quality has some serious issues, so if you're not handy or have someone handy close by, I would consider another option. The frame parts were mislabeled; I was able to figure correct assembly out, but when I tried to follow the instructions and match up the letters to each other as instructed, the drilled holes didn't match up. So I disregarded the instructions and lined things up myself. This worked for the long side frames. When it came to the top and bottom frame assembly, in one corner the plastic hole plugs didn't line up, so I had to leave them out of that corner. Then, I found that about half of the wooden slats were cut too short, so if I had drilled them into the bottom wood as instructed, the screws would have split the bottom wood. So I had to leave almost half of those off. Bottom line--the bed frame is usable but was not produced very well. Maybe much of the cheaply produced furniture sold here on Amazon has a similar problem? Read more
