Oop! The review below is for the machine. However, 5 stars for accessory pack. Everything stores in the bag. Handy. So far so good. A few notes to consider: 1. Moved in 2 years ago. Tile floors in kitchen, dining bathrooms and entryway. So, my grout and floors were not that bad; as I was mopping with Bona weekly. However, the grout was gross in a lot of high traffic areas. I understand some reviewers mentioned how the brush was not lasting long. I noticed you do not have to "scrub" as hard as you think. Initially, cleaning the grout sucked. I had to get down on hands and knees and wipe after each blast to get the dirt out. Might be good to note: I steamed mopped first, did the grout with cloth, then steam mopped again. Once that was done, it seems to work fine with maintenance. I flip to mopping with Bona weekly, and use the Neat once a month on floors. 2. Oven: I have a self cleaning oven and would rather avoid using that high temp feature. First use in oven was after a Thanksgiving apple pie. Unknown to me, I did not properly place the cookie sheet to collect the drippings. So sugar blob indeed I had. First, I did the boil water and pour and a bit of baking soda and soft brush scrub. Got some, but, not all. I have to say this thing worked great on the oven. Yes, as with the grout, it was a constant blast and wipe until I got all of it up. 3. Shower: It worked great on the shower doors, but, honestly, not sure if it saved time. So, if you are doing it to void chemicals, go for it. Cleaned wall tiles well. Found it to be a bit more labor intensive to use in tub. Have shower doors, so gave up and used Comet and sponge. 4. Used it on Kitchen counters. Will do each time I use the machine on floor, but, not on a weekly basis for me. I wipe counters with a vinegar based spray daily, after cleaning nightly dishes. 5. Used it on all the windows (inside). Worked great! But, you do have to wipe the tracks, etc. 5. Next up: BBQ grill. Overall, I am very happy with this machine so far. Found it to be a great cleaning tool to use in winter, when you cant open windows to air out chemical based cleaners. The pressure is powerful and love the long cord and it's easy to roll around. A while back I purchased a Dupray steam cleaner. It came with plenty of attachments, but if you plan to use it regularly you’ll be required to buy more. This package is a little pricey, but they are genuine attachments from the original manufacturer. Hopefully these last a long time. Read more

Dupray. Please make a large brush attachment that fits the same size as the fabric pads. Dont need all these little metal heads, not useful in home. Dont need all these tiny brushes. DO NEED large brush to do tile floors. Please make one. The tote bag is nice, but would prefer it be more square, with a zipper, and close to easily storage on a shelf above the steamer unit. WOULD LOVE IT if you would make a storage bag for the steamer. You make one for other models, but not this one. Read more
