I first wore this out on a day trip into NY. My partner commented that it was the most stylish durag that she'd ever seen, that she wouldn't be surprised if I had people wondering if they could also have such a stylish durag- both white people and black people alike. The two year old daughter also said I looked nice, which was a bit of a surprise - it's the first time she's complemented me on my clothing. But, as cool as it is, I think it's slightly less cool than the blue one in the middle of the main picture. On that one, you can clearly see the design on the outside, along with the distress, with the seam on the inside. This is what I was hoping for. Instead, I have to choose between the design with a seam and without distress, or just the distress, without the seam. Because my experience didn't match the main pic, I'm taking off a star. In the second pic, I've flipped the front inside out to show the difference. It is easy enough to tie that way, as well, so this might be a middle ground that I can experiment with. But I still think this durag is the best one I've found yet. The length of the back fully covers my neck, which every other thing that I've tried had not. It's much easier to tie than a silk banana, and the tails are stylishly long. And even though I'd like it to be a little more eye-catching, the distress by itself is stylish enough to raise the eyebrow of a native New Yorker. Read more

More style than any other rags I've seen. Loving the distressed look, and with enough tie length to double-wrap around my head it looks way cool. I wish they were available individually, and with a couple more colors to choose from. They're such a value as a three pack I'll just buy another set. Read more
