Keep it clean folks:-)
Great price, rapid delivery, very well packaged to protect the porcelain . Looks like a great improvement for our master bath. Can't wait for the remodel to start. Update: Remodeling is now complete over 8 months now and we are still very satisfied with both bidets. Two separate orders; one for guest bath and one for master. I do have a couple of comments; First neither of my plumbers (two separate jobs) had ever installed a bidet before because they're almost unheard of in the States. They both figured it out and it isn't, as they say, rocket science. So if your guy can't figure it out, like another person said, get a different plumber. Now for the real meat of the update. After using them these eight months we noticed the drain started running slowly and got to the point it was painfully slow. Tried adjusting stopper to max up when open without noticeable change. Wife said just remove stopper and let it run out freely. As I was doing that on the first bidet I found there is a citrus slice shaped plastic wheel on the bottom of the stopper. It was almost completely blocked with hair and as you can guess other disgusting solids. Started to clean it and it wasn't easy. Also, I knew this was gong to be a recurring issue. My solution; unscrew bottom piece on drain plug and discard the plastic piece. Issue resolved. Water now goes down, no problem. You can either clean it occasionally or do what I did. Up to you.
