This is the best light sensor bulb I have ever used! The sensor is cleverly integrated directly into the bulb (I believe the tip acts as the sensor), so it's completely invisible from the outside. Even recessed deep within my porch ceiling, it works perfectly—shutting off reliably even on cloudy days. Highly recommend this bulb! I bought these in 2023 and I am still using the SAME bulb in my garage light. Easy to install like a normal bulb, leave you light switch on and it never fails to turn on at dusk and turn off when the sun starts to rise. Light is bright and has been long lasting. I really want to give this a 5 star review! I think it's fantastic as far as doing what it says buttttttt I'm concerned about the 4 pack dying out, as per reviews online, people claim these eventually give out and that leads me to my issue with them. They are so dang good at turning on, that they turn on before it's dark outside. Don't get me wrong .. I'm thankful to come home to a house that's lit up but when they are on for so many hours before it gets dark, how efficient are they?! Love that the sensors work but hate that they are TOO sensitive ... lol If that makes sense! Grateful for the technology but it needs to be tweaked just a bit basically. As soon as the sensors don't process sunlight outside, they turn on so even in that pre-dusk faze, they turn on and stay on until the next day when the sun is back out (even after dawn). I notice they turn off when they have DIRECT SUNLIGHT on them so if you live in an area with more shade, they will constantly stay on, even in broad daylight. Priced well for what they do. They are solid, as any typical bulb and they provide two different colors. The bright white light has a blue hue whereas the regular light, has more of a yellowish common soft glow. We went with the white and it's extremely bright! Super happy about the visibility when they are on. Would buy again because of the convenience that we don't fumble for keys to open the door or turn on my cell flashlight first anymore. Best part too is that we didn't have to pay an electrician to change anything. You simply take out your current lightbulb and screw this one in and voila! Job is done and you have lights that turn on automatically. Also, I should mention, you have to leave the light-switch to the ON position 24/7, for this to work. Read more
I purchased a 4 pack on September 26th. It’s November 29th and I have gone through two bulbs. Each bulb only lasted about 30 days. I have had household bulbs that have lasted for over a year. They are very bright and go off at dawn and on at dusk. But, if you are looking for a bulb that will last a year, or even months, you should choose another brand. Currently, they must be replaced monthly, probably sooner now that it is darker for longer. UPDATE: I tried multiple bulbs that did not work. I am perfectly happy with these only lasting one month after seeing all of the other bulbs out there. These bulbs are extremely bright and function like a dusk to dawn should. No flickering or turn off and on to get it to work. Put it in during the day and it works perfectly for the next 30 days. I just bought two more packs!! Read more

I had a trip planned and wanted to make sure that I had the right lights on while I was gone. I didn't want to deal with wiring in a system. I found these and after looking at the reviews, I decided to get them. They work absolutely great! I added them to my front porch, carport and back patio.
