These lights look lovely and are easy to manipulate using the remote. The reason for my five-star rating is their OUTSTANDING customer service! Due to contractor delays, the lights were mounted only after the 30-day return period. One of the crystals was oversized for the holder but when contacted, the vendor immediately sent me a replacement light. Similarly other issues were addressed so that I am fully satisfied.
