I bought these two years ago. The only one that broke got run over by our vehicle. I am truly amazed. The fabric covering the headbands has never unraveled. They look as good as the day we got them. The variety of colors is nice to have. I do wish it came with two each of the most basic colors, but for this price, I could just buy another set! Edit: within hours of writing this review, my toddler sat on one and tried to pull it out at an angle and it snapped. 😂 Still, they're waaay more durable than any other headbands we've ever had. OH BOY!! WHERE DO I BEGIN??? I LOVE, LOVE these because THEY'RE NOT PLASTIC AND BREAKING EVERY 5 seconds!!!! I love these because they are NOT TIGHT TO MY HEAD AND CAUSING HEADACHES. I love ALL THE COLORS - but having so many is a bit cumbersome. So I put them everywhere - each bathroom, coffee table, car, gym bag, luggage. as an aside, I spray paint everything, as needed, so on the off colors that i may not use, I think i will spray paint them black because I have black paint available. I have short curly hair. So people with long, cumbersome hair, these may not hold. People with straight slinky hair - be warned, I don't think they will stay in for you. The cloth may help a bit, (instead of slick plastic). As the picture depicts, they do not have teeth to help hold in place, but with my short curly hair, I don't need!! I'm really, really elated that I don't hafta buy plastic bands that give me headaches and break every 5 seconds anymore!!! These headbands are the perfect size and the perfect with my plan for use is to make trolls headbands and I love that this came in a variety pack with over 29 colors. The headband is sturdy and it has a satin finish, which is great because it is it has a smooth finish, versus the plastic headbands that may hurt when you put them on. these headbands are versatile and can be worn with almost anything they were out in the 80s and it’s good to know that they’re still circulating after so many years.
