Ease of use
The easiest set-up I have ever experienced. It was a quick replacement from my previous DVD Player. Talk about plug and play. The DVD that would not load properly on my prior DVD Player, loaded and played immediately. It was great to have the set-up options for customizing the viewing, etc. Read more
Came with jam button and missing button.
I just got my order and it came with a jam button of the open/close and the missing button for Play/pause. I can’t use it but as I read in some comments, I reached out to Elctompro. I hope they can help me get a replacement. Everything else came in the box like the cords, controls and instruction. Update: got my new DVD player and it works!!! Great customer service and fast shipment. I was told I would get the standard one but I got to keep the wires from the defected one. Got to play my wedding and more family moments. Read more
